Working principle of food sublimation dryer
The dryer is based on the principle of thermodynamics. First, the material to be processed is placed into the vacuum chamber, then the air in the chamber is sucked through the vacuum pump to form a vacuum environment in the chamber. Next, the material to be processed is heated to a certain temperature so that the water in it evaporates and forms gaseous steam. At this time, because there are no gas molecules in the vacuum environment, water vapor cannot diffuse to other places in the room but can only condense into liquid water droplets on the surface of the material being processed. Then, the material to be processed is cooled to a low temperature state so that the moisture in it condenses into a solid.
